How to Redeem
- Shortly after the completion of booking, you’ll receive your ticket on your email.
- Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
- Present it at the venue for scanning.
- Once scanned, you can enter the venue
Important Information
- Covered shoes to be worn at all times. Flip flops or high heels are not permitted.
- Photography allowed but no flash, selfie sticks, or bulky equipment.
- Mobile phones should be switched to silent mode.
- Only food from museum outlets allowed; no food or drinks in galleries.
- Visitors appearing overly intoxicated may be refused entry.
- Smoking only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
- Visitors responsible for any damage to property or works.
- Tickets non-exchangeable or refundable once validated.
- Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and dangerous objects.
- Bulky items such as luggage must be deposited at Visitor Services Counter.
- Transfer service will be available only from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm
