How to Redeem
- Shortly after the completion of booking, you’ll receive your ticket on your email.
- Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
- Read the instructions , T & C on the ticket
- Present it at the venue for scanning.
- Once scanned, you can enter the venue
Important Information
- All the participants must arrive 1 hour prior to the flight time selected.
- Please carry a Valid ID/Passport copy along with you
- If a guest fails to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
- Pregnant women are not allowed in this activity.
- Participants should be 7 years of age and above.
- A parent or guardian must accompany flyers under 18 years of age.
- If a participant’s height is under 1.8 meters, their weight should not exceed 120 kilograms.
- If a participant’s height is higher than 1.8 meters, the weight should not exceed 140 kilograms.
- Participants under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs are not allowed for this activity.
- Guests with shoulder dislocations or a back or neck injury history are not permitted.
- Transfer service will be available only from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.
