How to Redeem
- Shortly after the completion of the booking, please download your ticket from the dashboard.
- Book a date & time slot for your visit at https://reseller.mandai.com/ticketstore/GuestBookTimeslot using the Booking Code.
- After selecting the time slot, download the PDF file, which is your e-ticket and needs to be scanned at the venue.
Important Information
- Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- Tickets are open dated but cannot be used directly at the venue. Pre slot reservation is required with the booking code received on the E – ticket
- Recommended: Guests are requested to pre-book their slots minimum 72 hours in advance as the slots are subject to availability.
- No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a No Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
- Strollers and wheelchairs are available for rent at the park on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times for their safety and well-being.
- Transfer service will be available only from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.
