How to Redeem
- Download the soft copy of the voucher from dashboard or e-mail
- Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone.
- It needs to be verified by the driver at the time of pick-up time.
Important Information
- Guest needs to carry passport / Photo ID to redeem tickets at the counter along with Voucher / Booking Confirmation number
- No refund is applicable should the guest not travel or visit the attraction.
- Vouchers should be presented at the counter.
- Private transfers are available from centrally located hotels in Phuket : Kata, Karon, Patong, Kamala, Merlin, Surin, Tri Trang, Old Town, Mai Khao, Kata Noi Beach. Rest will be on request basis.
- Any delays caused by the guest may attract a surcharge or No Show.
- Pick-up time needs to be mentioned at the time of booking.
- The actual pick-up time is to be reconfirmed before the service date
- All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and the number of guests during peak times or any other unforeseen reasons.
- The maximum waiting time is 05 mins, from the time Guide/ Driver have reported at the hotel for pick-up.
- The guide will look for the guest in the hotel lobby/hotel concierge area and if the guest is not found will call the hotel room. If no answer is received from the room, the guide/driver will leave the premises and it will be considered a No Show.
- Guest who fails to avail of the transfer service will have to make their own arrangement for transfers / tours. No Refund or Reschedule is applicable
