The Ancient City (Muang Boran) is one of the world's largest open-air museums, located just outside Bangkok, Thailand. Spanning over 300 acres, it features replicas and original historical landmarks from all regions of Thailand – castles, palaces, temples and sculptures – arranged geographically so you can experience the country's rich heritage in a single day. Founded in 1963 and opened in 1972, it also offers attractions like Talad Bok, a traditional floating market with classic Thai houses.
