How to Redeem
- Please download your ticket from the dashboard.
- Present it at the venue for scanning.
- Once scanned, you can enter the venue
Important Information
- Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- Transfer service will be available only from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.
- The pick-up/drop-off timing on private transfers can be modified by a couple of minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location
- Guests must be 1.05 meters and above in height to experience the ride.
- Guests between 1.05 meters and 1.2 meters in height or 12 years old and below may take the ride only if accompanied by a supervising adult.
- Loose clothing and handheld devices such as selfie sticks and mobile phones are to be properly secured at all times during the ride.
- Hats and bags, Sharp objects such as umbrellas, Items made of glass, and Outside food & drinks are not permitted on the ride.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
