How to Redeem
- Please check your mailbox and download the ticket.
- Present it at the ticket counter on ground floor to scan and exchange for physical tickets.
- Scan them at the entrance to gain access to the attraction.
Important Information
- All guests are required to carry the same Passport or Singapore government-issued NRIC used during check-in, and the same ID must be entered in the customer portal.
- Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be amended, cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
- Guests must present their reservation confirmation as the admission ticket before boarding the cruise.
- Guests are advised to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the scheduled boarding time, as late arrivals may miss the cruise and tickets will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Children above 4 years are allowed on the cruise at applicable child rates and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
- Infants under 4 years are allowed onboard only with prior approval from the Captain or company management.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted onboard the cruise.
- As per yacht safety standards, shoes must be removed before boarding, and the crew will safely store them during the cruise.
- Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area on the lower deck, and guests should confirm the area with the ship’s crew before smoking.
- Cruise schedules may be subject to weather conditions or operational requirements, and the operator reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to ensure guest safety.
