- A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is mandatory for entry.

- Opens every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday from 5:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
- On selected dates, a second show may be scheduled at 7:30 PM.
- Theatre gate opens 20 minutes prior to show time.
- Seats are not first-come, first-served, all seats are pre-assigned according to ticket type.
- Standard Seats: Reserved seating included with the ticket, no need to rush for a spot.
- Gold /Suriyamas Gold seat: Upgraded seats with the best views, assigned at the time of booking.
- Buffet Dinner Option: Available at the Golden Kinnaree Restaurant before the show (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
- Infants not exceeding the height 100 cm or 3’3” do not require any tickets.
- Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the theatre.
- The sharing transfers areas will be Kata, Karon , Patong.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in transfer vehicles or during tours.
- No refunds, amendments, or cancellations for unused, missed, partially used, or no-show services.
- Outside food and beverages may not be allowed as per venue regulations.
