- Please carry a valid photo ID for verification purposes
- The attraction is closed every Wednesday
- Guests are requested to arrive 30 minutes prior to the slot time at the ticketing counter with Vouchers .
- Children under 80 cm enter free (no seat provided, must be under adult supervision)
- Children 80-20 cm will be charged child rate (up to 12 years old)
- Swimming with dolphins is allowed for adults and children aged 6 years and above
- Children under 6 years are not allowed to swim with dolphins
- Swimmers must not exceed 100 kg. For those over 100 kg, a modified program will be provided
- Pets, weapons, chemicals, balloons, fireworks, large bags, smoking, alcohol, and intoxication are not allowed
- Please remain seated during the show. Do not throw objects, lean over the pool edge, or touch the animals without the trainer’s permission
- Flash photography is strictly prohibited
- Children must be supervised at all times. Please be cautious of slippery floors
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable
- Wheelchair support is available for visitors up to 80 kg
- A shower is required before swimming. Jewellery, hats, glasses, cosmetics, or creams are not permitted
- Life jackets are available on request. Please follow the trainer’s instructions and avoid touching the dolphins’ eyes .
- Swimming is not permitted for pregnant women, people with open wounds, contagious/skin/cardiovascular/mental diseases, or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Swimming with Dolphins: Available for adults and children aged 6 years and above only. Children under 6 years are not permitted to participate.
- Child ticket: For guests 80-120 cm in height
- Infants: Guests under 80 cm enter free of charge (must be accompanied by an adult; no separate seat provided).
